We went for a walk along the creek yesterday. I figure that soon the sidewalks will be finished and then my "secret place" wont be so secret anymore. They’re turning that area into a "park." Am I the only one who thinks parks should have trails and not concrete sidewalks? Maybe I am.

…for my friend miss Mademoiselle Monique, who requested to see my pics of Judy Collins when I mentioned in a comment to her that I had taken a few of her some years back…cropped from the original photo and slightly desaturated to get the stage coloring toned down. Hope you like this one, dear Monique!

Austin is a great place to live. I live in one of those rare places that where ever you are in the world you can be speaking to a local & when you tell them you live in Austin Texas, the very predictable response is some variation of "I’ve heard that’s a cool place". It’s true. Great city, great music, even the buildings are pretty cool. Today’s photo is of the interior of the Austin City Hall. Pretty cool space.
